   The maintenance of a closed cooling tower can be divided into daily cleaning work and daily maintenance. It is to place the tube heat exchanger (heat exchange coil) in the tower and use forced ventilation, spray water and circulating water to heat The exchange guarantees the cooling effect. Its closed cycle characteristics can ensure that the water consumption is small and the water quality is not polluted, which well guarantees the high-efficiency operation of the main equipment and makes the service life longer. When winter comes or when the outside temperature is low, the spray water system can be stopped to save water and energy. With the increasing scarcity of water resources and the implementation of my country's energy saving and emission reduction policies, the product will definitely play an important role in the energy industry, power electronics, food processing, air conditioning and refrigeration industries in the next few years.
 
   Closed cooling towers daily clean up some parts of the inner water collection tank, sprinkler pipes, sprinkler heads and other parts of the tower body to clean up the dirt in time to prevent the accumulation of scale and dirt from blocking the pipeline. Check the packing part to see if there is dirt on it. If there is dirt, it needs to be cleaned up in time to ensure the cleanness of the heat exchange environment. Clean the dirt on the surface of the fan blade, check the angle of the fan blade, the gap between the fan blade and the wind shell, and make adjustments.
 
   Check whether the floating ball of the copper ball valve in the sump of the closed cooling tower is damaged and whether it is working properly. Check whether there is water leakage in the water collection tank, tower foot and other places. If there is any leakage, make up the glue in time. Check whether the reducer of the equipment rotates normally. If there is abnormal noise, replace the bearing of the reducer to check whether the fan blades are evenly distributed for looseness. Check whether the belt is damaged or cracked, and replace it with a new one if necessary. It is recommended to change the belt every 2 months. Check whether the wiring terminals of the fully enclosed motor are intact, whether the motor rotates with vibration or abnormal sound, and whether the motor fixing screws are loose.
